The capitan of the Lady Laura, Michael Aura was in charge  of a resent re-fit. that included the installation of several pieces of Jim Duncan’s Onami Crystal™ surface sculpted low iron glass

Capt. Michael Auer designed the complete installation including all the hardware, the edge lighting used to illuminate the Onami Crystal™ surface sculpted low iron glass and the bottom lighting of the largest piece which was the 142” x 54” Onami Crystal™ low iron glass table top.

The textured 142” x 54” x 3/4” 550 lb Onami Crystal™ surface sculpted low iron glass table top by Jim Duncan - Duncan Glass for the M.Y. Lady Laura out of Fort Lauderdale, FL. The criteria was that the top had to be a single piece and textured. Duncan was able to texture the 142” x 54” 550 lb. piece using our proprietary cold texturing sculpting process to sculpt the Onami™ texture into the bottom face. Leaving the top face of the glass table top smooth.
